A proportionate, purpose-limited approach to data
Rota Maden applies data minimisation and controlled sharing of trade secrets from first contact.
1. Core principles
Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, accurately, for specified legitimate purposes, in a relevant, limited and proportionate manner, and retained only as long as legally or operationally necessary.
2. Project confidentiality
Coordinates, assays, drilling data, licence documents and trade secrets should not be sent in a first enquiry. Technical data is accepted through an appropriate channel only after scope and access needs are defined and, where appropriate, an NDA is signed.
3. Security
Risk-appropriate administrative and technical measures include access restriction, strong authentication, maintained systems, secure transfer, backups and incident handling. No internet transmission method offers absolute security.
4. Third-party links
LinkedIn and industry-source links belong to third parties and are governed by their own privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of their content or policies.
5. Changes and contact
The policy is updated when law, services or data flows change, and the current date is shown on this page. For questions contact rotamadendanismanlik@gmail.com.
